budget to pay REALTORS commissions when those agents are
representing buyers. The fee to be paid out as co-operating
commission is already built into the price of the home and you
save nothing by approaching a builder without an agent
representing you.
If fact, some builders prefer that you be
represented by a Buyer Agent so that the transaction is a smoother
one for all parties involved. If you do end up dealing with
