For
Seller's
Before
you list with a family friend, or a rookie REALTOR, please preview the
services and experience that Joe
and Barb
offer to their clients.
Also, do some research on
the agent/s you choose. Just because you see their sign frequently,
DOES NOT mean they are the one actually selling the home. You need
an agent that represents both buyers and sellers equally. Joe
and Barb
do represent both buyers and sellers equally!

How
does the lockbox system work
In most areas of the
Dallas-Ft. Worth metro-plex, REALTORS are using high tech
sophisticated electronic lockboxes. These devices are imbedded with
a memory chip and are capable of reading information from an electronic
device (keypad) that all REALTORS carry. Each agent has a unique
code number to get the box to give up its contents (the key to your
house). The boxes are programmed to only open from 9AM to 9PM.
 |
There are still some areas
where REALTORS are using combination boxes. If you happen to
live in one such area, it will be to YOUR best benefit to use a box
that agents in your area are comfortable with. |
